Beacon Group Corporation is accredited by CARF, The Rehabilitation Accreditation Commission. CARF is a non-governmental, international standards-setting and accrediting body for organizations that provide employment and community services to persons with disabilities. Beacon Group Corporation currently maintains a three-year accreditation, the maximum granted by CARF.

Primary referral sources include Pima County, Community Partnership of Southern Arizona, Rehabilitation Services Administration, Division of Developmental Disabilities, Veteran's Administration, Pima Health System, and Value Options.
