Beacon Group Corporation is currently seeking full time Job Coaches to provide job training and supervision to adults with disabilities in community placements. You will be responsible for teaching clients work skills, appropriate work habits and work behaviors. You will instruct clients on job taks and quality standards. You will monitor client's progress and ensure that the employer's production needs are met. You will maintain client records and assist in client counseling. You will be providing a much-needed service for the clients and employers we serve.

Skill/Requirements
Candidates need a high school diploma or GED. One-year experience working with and training people with disabilities preferred. Car and car insurance a must (mileage paid). You must be able to pass a drug screen and a fingerprint background check.

Rehabilitation Technicians (Tucson only)

Job Description
If you are good with people and would like to make a difference to those who have disabilities, then this may be the job for you! Beacon Group Corporation, a vocational rehabilitation facility, is looking for Rehabilitation Technicians to work with people with disabilties in our facility-based program. The job involves supervising and teaching work related skills to the clients in our vocational programs.

Beacon Group offers competitive pay and benefit package including vacation/sick time, paid holidays, medical/dental insurance and life/disability insurance. Company profit sharing after eligibility period. This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday, with no weekends or evenings.

Skills/Requirements
Prior experience working with people with disabilities would be a plus but is not mandatory. You must be able to pass a drug screen.
