"We can provide you with an additional labor source at your business"

An enclave is a group of up to eight individuals with disabilities who work at a business' workplace. Enclaves are supervised by job coaches-Beacon Group staff who have been specially trained in the work you need done and who offer on going supervision to enclave employees. Enclaves are a cost-effective solution for your business to expand its labor force without the costs and to give valuable real-world work experiences to people with disabilities.

To learn more about how an enclave can help your business, please contact our Robert DiCampli at (520) 622-4874, extension 107 in Tucson or George Roybal at (602) 685-9703 extension 206 in Phoenix.
